November Newsletter: Dreamforce 🎉 Thought Leadership 💡 Agentforce!
As we wrap up an incredible month—celebrating both Dreamforce and my birthday—I’ve been reflecting on what a year it’s been. It hasn’t been an easy one, but through the challenges, we’ve continued to grow, learn, and move forward together.
One highlight has been being named to the Inc. 5000 list, a testament to our team’s resilience, creativity, and commitment to excellence. Even more meaningful, our ImagineCRM family—our team members and their loved ones—are doing well, and that’s something I’m deeply grateful for as we head into the holiday season.
I have shared some thoughts on ideas—how they start, how we nurture them, and most importantly, how we bring them to life through technology and AI. This is such an exciting time to be part of the Salesforce ecosystem, where imagination meets innovation.
And we’re not slowing down. Next stop: TAG in Atlanta, then Agentforce in San Francisco, and the DC Nonprofit Summit. Each event is another opportunity to connect, share, and imagine together—because innovation thrives when we bring diverse ideas to the table.
As we look ahead, I invite you to think beyond implementation. Let’s continue to dream, design, and build together—not just as partners, but as co-creators of possibility. Thank you for imagining what’s next with us.
We hope you enjoy reading.
With gratitude,
Daisy

Partnering for Possibility: Enhancing Outcomes Through Innovation
We’ve been putting that “what’s possible” mindset into action with one of our current projects focused on outcomes tracking. Salesforce NPC’s Outcomes module is a powerful tool, thoughtfully designed to help nonprofits measure program results. But for organizations with more advanced or layered needs, it can take some thoughtful enhancement to fully align with their vision.
For one of our partner organizations, outcomes data lives across multiple sources — grantee reports, manual entry, Experience Cloud, and forms. They needed a way to bring all that together, provide leadership with clear visibility across programs and funding, and simplify the experience for grantees without losing the depth of reporting that staff rely on.
That’s where the ImagineCRM team came in. Building on Salesforce’s robust foundation, we created an enhanced outcomes solution grounded in the grantmaking and funding data model — designed to simplify complexity while unlocking flexibility. This approach allows:
By extending Salesforce’s capabilities — not replacing them — we help organizations turn complexity into clarity. It’s the perfect example of what can happen when we imagine what’s possible.

My Dreamforce Session: Why Admin & BA Skills Matter More Now Than Ever in the Age of AI
By Denise Carbone, Director of Delivery
The session title says it all. As AI becomes more embedded in the way we work - especially through tools like Agentforce - we need to center the people who make that technology usable, trusted, and effective.
Because here’s the truth: AI doesn’t work without humans. It needs your structure. Your questions. Your testing. Your empathy. With over ten years’ experience in sales and strategic partnerships, Jillian brings a deep understanding of the nonprofit sector, and a passion for helping mission-driven organizations thrive through technology and data.
Why This Matters Now
My background is in business analysis. I started there, and I still use those skills every day. Over the years, I’ve seen the ecosystem evolve. What hasn’t changed is the need for people who can connect the dots - between systems and strategy, between teams and tools.
Agentforce is powerful, but it doesn’t run itself. It needs structured data. It needs someone to train and prompt it. It needs someone to validate that the output actually makes sense. It needs people like you.
