ImagineCRM is a high-touch Salesforce Implementation Partner.  We create innovative technology solutions for nonprofits, foundations, and other social sector organizations.

ImagineCRM is a minority- and woman-owned company. We are located in Pasadena, CA and have been in business for 8 years with a team of 10 people.

Our mission is to improve the way our clients do business by creating processes that improve the accuracy and efficiency of their data.

Our core strengths lie in our understanding of nonprofits and foundations, our technical expertise, our ability to build strong relationships, and our high-touch responsiveness.

 

As Salesforce Implementation partners, we must meet certain requirements in order to maintain our status in the Salesforce ecosystem, including metrics like certified individuals on staff and customer satisfaction scores.

I'm the founder of ImagineCRM. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator & Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, I am an experienced Salesforce architect with a background working at large enterprise technology companies.

I love leveraging Salesforce to help nonprofits by solving their pain points & establishing successful operational processes.

 

Hi! I’m Nate.

As the Managing Director, I work with our clients to understand their business processes and ensure that our team delivers high-quality Salesforce implementations that are on-time and within budget.

I’m an experienced nonprofit technologist, with experience in marketing, fundraising, and digital technology. I love working with nonprofit and social enterprise organizations to help determine how to better integrate technology into their mission delivery.

I am the Senior Advisory Consultant here at ImagineCRM. I am working with the leadership team to build the business capacity and to identify opportunities. I have more than 20 years of experience as an operational leader in developing solutions for clients to meet performance & profit expectations. My background has allowed me to leverage grants management, finance, data analysis, technology and intuitive business knowledge to build my clients company capacity & operational success.

I’m a Salesforce Consultant at ImagineCRM and work with our clients on implementations and enhancements to their Salesforce solution.

As a Certified Administrator with 20 years experience in the nonprofit industry, I enjoy leveraging Salesforce and my industry knowledge to build creative and effective solutions to make our clients’ lives easier.

I bring over 13 years of experience in philanthropy, specifically program operations and grants management. I am passionate about helping teams and organizations improve their processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness for both internal staff and external grantees/clients.

I am an experienced nonprofit professional with 10+ years of experience in philanthropy, specifically in grants management. I enjoy building relationships with and learning from clients while brainstorming creative ways to leverage technology that will simplify their processes.

I’m a Salesforce Administrator at ImagineCRM. I work on customizations and enhancements that help align Salesforce to client's processes.

I am a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant who is passionate about Salesforce and the ease and structure it provides to help organizations scale up faster. I have a Master's Degree in Business Systems and PG Diploma in Full Stack development.

I’m a Certified Nonprofit Management Professional, with an extensive background in supporting mission-oriented entities. Having worked in the nonprofit industry for several years, I am able to understand the needs of organizations from a personal level and contribute to their overall strength and sustainability.

As the Director of Business Development, I create and maintain relationships with our clients and our trusted partners.

With a background working within the Salesforce partner ecosystem for the last 5 years, I strive to fully understand the needs of our clients so I can translate their vision into action items for our world-class implementation team. My goal is to make a lasting impact in the philanthropic space through technological innovation and enablement.

As a skilled Project Manager, I excel at coordinating, monitoring, and communicating with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.

My ability to capture client requirements and convert them into actionable items, coupled with my expertise in developing flexible plans that can be adjusted as needed, allows me to keep projects on track while freeing up team members to focus on other critical tasks. With a background in family office management, I am also comfortable serving as a sounding board for stakeholders and acting as a liaison between clients and our tech team.
