I’m the Director of Delivery at ImagineCRM and a member of the Leadership Team.

With over two decades of working within the Salesforce ecosystem, 2025 marks my 10th year of Salesforce delivery leadership experience. I specialize in helping clients achieve their business goals through CRM best practices, process improvement, and change adoption.

I’m passionate about building relationships, creating innovative, impactful Salesforce solutions, and I’m proud to be part of the Salesforce community as a co-leader of the Chicago Admin Salesforce Trailblazer Community and a member of the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame.

I’m a Lead Consultant here at ImagineCRM.

I bring over 15 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and hands-on work within the Salesforce ecosystem—not just as a user, but as a configuration specialist—helping clients find practical, creative solutions to even the most complex financial, organizational, or technology-related challenges.

While I lean left-brained and logical, I know when to take a step back and look at problems from a different angle, especially when a linear approach just doesn’t cut it. I guide clients with both confidence and patience, drawing from a deep understanding of nonprofit systems and Salesforce best practices.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and am a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Certified Accounting Seed Administrator.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I've made Louisville, Kentucky, my home for most of my life. Outside of work, you’ll find me catching up with friends, taking Zumba classes, walking in local parks, or cheering on my son in his acting journey in New York.

Hi! I’m Kat.

I'm a Lead Consultant here at ImagineCRM. I lead Agentforce for Nonprofits implementations for nonprofits and foundations, from discovery and solution design through configuration, data migration, and go-live.


My career started at a small nonprofit, where one of my first assignments was finding a new CRM. That was 30 years ago, and it began a career spent entirely in the nonprofit and association sector, with consulting experience spanning multiple platforms before specializing in Salesforce. I have worked with organizations of every size and type at every stage of a CRM implementation.


I am passionate about solution discovery and implementation, and I enjoy using my nonprofit background and Salesforce expertise to build solutions that fit the way our clients actually work and let their staff focus on the mission.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Mexico and am a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant for both NPSP and Agentforce for Nonprofits.

I am a Lead Consultant at ImagineCRM. I am a 7x Certified Salesforce Consultant with deep technical expertise in Agentforce Nonprofit and the broader Salesforce Platform.

In addition to Salesforce, my past work has focused on program design and management for nonprofits during times of organizational change, including disaster recovery and start-up environments. I love that I am able use this experience to help nonprofit organizations leverage Salesforce to support their business needs and their missions.
