I’m passionate about building relationships, creating innovative, impactful Salesforce solutions, and I’m proud to be part of the Salesforce community as a co-leader of the Chicago Admin Salesforce Trailblazer Community and a member of the Salesforce MVP Hall of Fame.

I bring over 15 years of experience in nonprofit accounting and hands-on work within the Salesforce ecosystem—not just as a user, but as a configuration specialist—helping clients find practical, creative solutions to even the most complex financial, organizational, or technology-related challenges.

While I lean left-brained and logical, I know when to take a step back and look at problems from a different angle, especially when a linear approach just doesn’t cut it. I guide clients with both confidence and patience, drawing from a deep understanding of nonprofit systems and Salesforce best practices.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and am a Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Experience Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, and Certified Accounting Seed Administrator.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I've made Louisville, Kentucky, my home for most of my life. Outside of work, you’ll find me catching up with friends, taking Zumba classes, walking in local parks, or cheering on my son in his acting journey in New York.
