When I started ImagineCRM more than ten years ago, it was just me, a laptop, and a strong belief that technology could help grantmakers and nonprofits do more good. There was no big business plan. I simply wanted meaningful work, the freedom to be present for my children, and to use my skills to make a difference.
Fast forward to today, and I’m so proud of what we’ve built together.
This year has been filled with moments that made me stop and reflect on just how far we’ve come and how grateful I am for every single person who has been part of the journey.

But it’s also personal. This recognition reflects our identity as a Latina-led business with a mission to build equity and opportunity into everything we do.
