The Big Picture: The Agentforce Nonprofit 2026 Roadmap

For years, foundations have asked whether Salesforce is ready to support modern grantmaking. The 2026 Agentforce Nonprofit roadmap offers the clearest answer yet.
Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud) is positioning itself as a unified, intelligent platform connecting fundraising, programs, volunteers, and grantmaking through shared data, automation, and embedded intelligence. The platform will deliver this vision through three major releases in 2026:

These changes represent a shift from treating grantmaking as a secondary capability to recognizing it as a first-class workflow. For foundations managing complex portfolios, Scenario Planning will enable strategic decision-making across programs and funding cycles.

Human-Centered AI: Tech That Amplifies Your Team

Rather than replacing staff, AI agents support them by summarizing data, assisting with intake, guiding grantseekers, and delivering insights when they're needed. For foundations, this means more informed decision-making without additional operational overhead.

Addressing Migration Barriers: Reducing Friction, Accelerating Readiness

One of the strongest signals in the roadmap is Salesforce's focus on reducing setup friction. The platform is directly targeting long-standing migration blockers, including:

  • Advanced Gift Entry for greater flexibility

  • Fundraising Quick Setup for simplified configuration

  • Enhanced Recurring Donations for scale and complexity

  • Configurable Gift Validations (crucial for foundations migrating historical grant and payment data)

Where Is ImagineCRM? Everywhere!

From Agentforce World Tour Travel to everyday moments across the country, we’re showing up in more places than ever. We’ve pulled a few of our favorite snapshots straight from our LinkedIn page to highlight where the ImagineCRM community has been making waves lately. Our team participated in a one-day, hands-on summit in San Francisco and Indianapolis, designed specifically for nonprofit SI Partner delivery leaders, technical architects, and senior implementation consultants.

We're also proud to share that most of our Delivery Staff earned their Agentforce Specialist certifications by the end of 2025. Our team is equipped to help clients leverage the latest AI-powered capabilities in the Salesforce ecosystem!

Serving in the Community: ImagineCRM Gives Back

At ImagineCRM, we believe in giving back to the communities we serve. This season, our team has been actively engaged in service.

Our founder, Daisy Garcia, joined Director of Operations Aries Cyrus-Sims in Las Vegas to serve meals to those in need, a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when we show up for others.

On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Senior Advisor Paula Whitfield and her family volunteered at a community garden, honoring Dr. King's legacy of service and working together to strengthen our local communities.

These moments of service reflect our core values of relationships, diversity, and commitment to making a difference through action.

Partnering for Possibility: Building Solutions That Scale With Your Mission

We're putting these innovations into practice with our clients. Our enhanced outcomes tracking solution shows how building on Salesforce's foundation can unlock flexibility. It’s time to bring together data from multiple sources, maximize leadership visibility, and simplify the grantee experience.
