Fall Momentum: New Faces, Dreamforce, and What's Coming Next
A Note from Daisy
The last two months have been exciting! We kicked off September with a moment to pause and appreciate the people who make this work possible. Because at the end of the day, it's never really about the tools. It's about the people who turn them into results.
Then we dove into several initiatives that help strengthen us as thought partners.
Winter '27 release notes so we can lift up relevant highlights to our customers.
We continue building AI agents that our nonprofit and grantmaking clients have already put to work in their day-to-day operations.
We are proud to be an Anthropic (Claude) partner at a momentous time when Claude and Salesforce announced their Partnership.
We attended Dreamforce, where we watched Denise take the Trailblazer Theater stage and talk about what it really means to grow as a Salesforce Admin in the age of AI. Learned all about AI Force and new bundled pricing that allows customers to benefit from core clouds across the sector!
Our focus is always on growth and development. Building smarter ways to bring scattered nonprofit data into one place, and being creative about building efficient systems for our customers. And growing our team! Two new people have joined the ImagineCRM team, and I couldn't be more excited about the new team dynamic and the expertise they bring.
Thank you for being part of this community. There's a lot ahead, including the upcoming TAG conference in Chicago. I hope to see many of you there.

Growing the ImagineCRM Family
Please join us in welcoming two new faces to ImagineCRM! We're thrilled to have them on board.
Kat brings 30 years of experience in the nonprofit and association sector, a career that began when she was tasked with finding a new CRM for a small nonprofit.
At ImagineCRM, she leads Agentforce for Nonprofits implementations from discovery through go-live, building solutions that fit the way clients actually work so their staff can stay focused on the mission.
A 7x Certified Salesforce Consultant, Erica brings deep technical expertise in Agentforce for Nonprofit Cloud and the broader Salesforce platform.
Her background also includes program design and management for nonprofits navigating major organizational change — experience that gives her a ground-level understanding of what mission-driven teams actually need.
She's passionate about helping nonprofits put Salesforce to work not just for their operations, but for their missions.
Welcome to the team, Kat and Erica. We're so glad you're here!
On the Ground at Dreamforce 2026
Dreamforce came to San Francisco this September, and ImagineCRM showed up in full force.
The highlight of our week: Denise Carbone, our Director of Delivery, took the Trailblazer Theater stage Tuesday morning for her session, "Evolve Your Role as a Salesforce Administrator."
The session drew 237 attendees, nearly double its 125-seat capacity—and the message resonated. As AI reshapes how work gets done, the Admin role isn't shrinking. It's becoming more essential than ever.
Beyond the session, our team spent the week on the ground: connecting with nonprofit trailblazers at the Salesforce Nonprofit Community Reception and swapping ideas about what the Agentic Enterprise actually looks like for mission-driven teams, and meeting more of you than we can count. To everyone who came to Denise's session or stopped by to say hi, thank you. Until next year, Dreamforce.
More Time for the Mission, Less Time on Busywork
Newsflash: AI isn't here to replace the heart of your nonprofit. It's here to give your team more time for it.
Less time on manual data entry, donor reports, and repetitive admin. More time on the mission that actually moves people. That's what thoughtful AI adoption looks like, and you don't need a massive tech overhaul to start. Small, smart steps in your existing workflow can free up real hours every week.
We help mission-driven teams put AI to work the right way, at the right pace.
What Winter '27 Means for Your Organization
Salesforce's Winter '27 release is here, and it leans heavily into security, authentication, and reliability. Several of these updates will be enforced, so it's worth reviewing early.
A few highlights on our radar:
A redesigned Flow Builder, with new Split by Field Value and Split by Date elements, version edit history, and a Test mode beta
Retirement of the OAuth username-password flow. Worth checking your integrations before they break.
Accessibility and platform reliability improvements across the board
Production rollouts began September 4 and continue in waves through October.
Our advice: don't try to implement everything at once. Check out our guide filtered to the clouds you actually use, test what matters in a preview sandbox, and roll out the changes that make your org better.

Built on the Platform You Already Trust
Giving season doesn't wait for a system that's running smoothly. It arrives whether you're ready or not.
That's why now is the moment to take a closer look at your Salesforce setup, before donor volume picks up and every gap in your system starts to cost you time. A CRM health check gives you a clear read on what's working, what's quietly slowing your team down, and what to fix before the rush: duplicate records, stalled recurring gifts, reporting that takes longer than it should.
The best part? You don't need to start over. It's all built on the Salesforce foundation you're already invested in. We just help you get more out of it.
Ready to head into the year-end with a system you can trust?
