Spring Into Action: Celebrating Milestones, Innovation, and Community Impact 🚀✨

A Note from Daisy

As CEO of ImagineCRM, I spend much of my time listening to nonprofit leaders, foundation teams, and the staff responsible for stewarding critical data and relationships.

Over the years, certain patterns have emerged. Systems succeed or struggle not because of the technology alone, but because of the decisions, assumptions, and values behind how those systems are designed.

The reflections below come from years of working alongside mission‑driven organizations trying to build technology that truly supports their work.

On the Ground at Agentforce World Tour New York

On April 29th, Daisy, Paula, Rebecca, Jillian, and Rosie attended Agentforce World Tour NYC to explore AI innovations that can strengthen nonprofit fundraising.

We came with tough questions: How can automation create more space for human connection? How can AI help fundraisers be more strategic and less reactive? How do we implement these tools in ways that serve mission-critical work?

The experience was invaluable. Every conversation we had goes straight back to serving the organizations that trust us with their most important work. Being in the room where innovation happens means we can bring cutting-edge solutions to the causes that matter most.

Building Connections at the Imagine Impact: Community Solutions Exchange

Last month, we gathered a small group of foundations, nonprofits, and sector peers for the Imagine Impact: Community Solutions Exchange, an invitation-only afternoon of peer conversation, honest questions, and shared learning.

We didn't come with a roadmap to hand out. We came to listen.

The afternoon brought together peer presentations from clients navigating real systems and technology decisions, a look at how ImagineCRM is building AI capacity internally, a demonstration of where agentic AI intersects with grantmaking workflows, and a collaborative workshop where attendees worked through a practical framework for identifying which tasks in their organizations are—and aren't—ready for AI.

The conversation was grounded in something we think matters: you can't automate your way past weak processes or unclear decision ownership. AI works best when it's built into workflows your staff already trust, with governance your leadership has already signed off on.

That's the approach we're taking. Workflow by workflow, with human judgment in the loop from day one.

We're keeping the conversation going. This summer, we're hosting a follow-up webinar in July to go deeper on the themes that surfaced in April—and we'll be gathering again for another community exchange in August. If you'd like to be included in either, reach out. We'd love to keep you in the loop.

We also put together a framework document to help you get started with AI, and we're sharing a demo video of our report submission analysis AI tool, along with day-to-day AI skills you can start using right away. Just reach out to info@imaginecrm.org, and we'll send it your way.

Giving Back: Honoring the Heart of Our Sector

April was National Volunteer Month! Behind every nonprofit and foundation we support are volunteers who pour their hearts into making the world a little better. To the volunteers powering the missions our clients serve every day, the work you do matters. And to the organizations that coordinate and support those volunteers, thank you for making it all possible.

At ImagineCRM, we're honored to help you do that work well. Our team has recently shown up for our communities in different ways. These moments remind us that service is at the heart of everything we do.

While this month gives us a dedicated time to celebrate volunteers, giving back isn't a once-a-year commitment. Our team continues to engage with our communities throughout the year because meaningful change doesn't follow a calendar. It's the ongoing dedication, the consistent showing up, and the year-round service that moves the needle.
