This quarter, I've watched our team show up in extraordinary ways: for each other, for our clients, and for the missions we all believe in. That kind of dedication deserves to be celebrated.

Employee Spotlight: Promotions Well Earned 🎉
Growth like this doesn't happen overnight. It's built through consistency, care, and a relentless commitment to doing great work. We're so proud to share that four members of our team have stepped into new roles that reflect exactly that.
Paula Whitfield has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer. She’s been a cornerstone of ImagineCRM's leadership for years, and this promotion is a reflection of the impact she's made on our organization. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across finance, operations, and technology, Paula brings both strategic depth and genuine heart to everything she does, helping organizations navigate complex transformation and growth. As Senior Advisor, she's played a central role in building our organizational capacity and identifying the opportunities that have helped us grow. In her new role as COO, she'll continue doing what she does best: aligning our team and our clients around the goals that drive real impact.
Rebecca Newton has been promoted to Principal Solutions Architect. With 20 years of nonprofit industry experience and a Salesforce Administrator certification to match, she brings the technical fluency and sector knowledge to build systems that work for the humans using them. Her creativity and deep knowledge in the areas of grants management, fiscal sponsorship, and nonprofit technology have made a genuine investment in making our clients' lives easier. In her new role, Rebecca will lead our new technology initiatives and AI strategy.
Jasneet Malik has been promoted to Salesforce Consultant. Jasneet brings exceptional technical expertise and a commitment to client success that has consistently earned high satisfaction ratings. Her 10+ Salesforce certifications and dedication to continuous learning make her an invaluable resource for our clients. In her new role, Jasneet will continue delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions and supporting our clients’ success.
Rosie Goldman has been promoted to Delivery Specialist. Rosie's organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to keep complex projects on track have been instrumental to our team's success. Her blend of project management expertise and Salesforce knowledge translates to seamless delivery for our clients. In her new role, Rosie will support project coordination and delivery across our client engagements.

For over 11 years, our founder, Daisy Garcia, has built a Pasadena-based team rooted in an unwavering commitment to helping clients transform the way they work. Her leadership is the reason we show up every day for the missions we serve.
